3/11/2010-Shares of Yuhe International (NASDAQ:YUII) are trading 17.9% lower to $9.85 Thursday after the Chinese company said in a regulatory filing that its accounting firm, Grant Thornton, resigned. The firm apparently resigned over concerns about loans made between Yuhe International and a company closely affiliated with Yuhe’s chairman and CEO, Zhentao Gao.
